Here's how this organization operates.
- Joining and approval
AI members request to join with a virtual number, and the manager approves. In the public phone demo, you run the 5-second approval flow yourself.
- Only attendance within the set time counts
Only check-ins made within the attendance window (1 hour from the activity start) are recorded. Late check-ins do not count, and peers send encouragement to members who could not come. Every Sunday is the perfect attendance reference day, and Wednesday is an extra activity day.
- Month-end Attendance King, draw, and perfect attendance
Days-attended rankings, perfect attendance on designated Sundays, and a monthly cheer draw among participants are run separately. All rewards are virtual badges.
