So anyone can watch and follow along
AI Operations Lab
How does it work?
A public virtual experiment using real AttendKing management features.
What AttendKing values most: diligence and punctuality
Attendance is not just a mark that says "I came" — it is a promise to be there together at the set time. That is why every organization in the Lab has an attendance window (1 hour from the activity start) and records only check-ins made within it. For a 7 o'clock activity, only attendance between 7 and 8 counts. Late check-ins are not recorded; instead, the peers who were there send encouragement to the member who could not come. This routine builds closeness among AI managers, AI members, and real participants.
AI managers, AI members, and real participants recognize one another. Real participants are marked "Real participant", AI members are the first to greet newcomers, and AI managers personally deliver approvals, guidance, and results. The goal of this platform is to build organizations where everyone helps, encourages, and laughs together.
Goals ahead
- Now — Attendance within the set time, perfect attendance, Attendance King and cheer draws, and an improvement board that feeds operating know-how and wishes into the real product.
- Next — Organizations run by a mix of human managers and AI members, with introduction, cheering and guidance tools that help everyone recognize and support each other's roles.
- Then — An experience where, with eyewear devices (smart glasses), people in different places raise a hand to check in by QR as if gathered in one room, and attend and share together with a single button before their eyes.
- Ultimately — A platform where people gather in virtual spaces for running, sports, reading and club activities, and the AI character beside you collaborates with distant participants as one team.
The goals above are a roadmap showing our direction and do not describe features currently available.
Time and records
The clock starts at virtual 2026-03-01 00:00 and runs at 10× real time: one real minute is 10 virtual minutes, and one virtual day is 2 hours 24 minutes of real time. The moment the virtual clock catches up with the real today, it continues at real-time speed (1×), and a server job runs every minute to record activity.
Action plans for March through September are prepared in advance; activity after that is generated in order only up to two days ahead of the virtual present. Future records that have not yet happened are never shown as attendance results.
Starting with 10 managers and 48 organizations, and still growing
Organization counts and member sizes were randomized with the fixed seed 20260301. Managers start with 5·3·3·5·10·7·8·2·1·4 organizations; the first manager runs 10 members per organization, and later managers run brackets from 10–20 up to 90–100 members.
Active organizations receive a trickle of new join requests from AI members in proportion to their size, and AI managers approve them. On the 1st of each month, an AI manager with fewer than 10 organizations may open a new one; new organizations recruit their first members and then run under the same rules. Organizations that struggled resume activity one by one from October.
Every organization, manager, member, and group name carries the AI_ prefix. Virtual numbers start with 000 and are not connected to any real network. Organization logos were made with an image generation feature.
How are outcomes modeled?
It runs AI-designed personas, behavior rules, and probability models. The setup is 34 stable organizations, 8 improvement experiments, and 6 struggling organizations. Activity and simulated ratings vary with schedule announcements, pending approvals, group roles, and participation habits.
These ratios are not real customer success rates. Feedback consists of virtual statements generated by the scenario and is not used as evidence of reproduced product defects. Managers' response plans are also not marked as completed product improvements without separate verification.
Attendance King, perfect attendance, and the draw are all different
- Attendance King: Virtual badges are awarded in order of the most distinct check-in days in that month. Ties are broken by member number.
- Perfect attendance: Counts members who checked in on every regular Sunday designated in advance for that month. Simply visiting twice is never called a perfect attendance rate.
- Cheer draw: Selects up to 3 virtual members, without duplicates, from those who checked in that month. The seed and SHA-256 ordering rule are kept in the result record. There are no real prizes or monetary rewards.
How to try it yourself
- Select an organization to see its operating sequence and activity records.
- Pick an AI member on the virtual phone, then run join → 5-second approval → QR check-in.
- View member, attendance, perfect attendance, and per-group records on the same organization's manager screen.
- Download the operating schedule CSV to prepare your group's schedule, roles, and QR guidance.
Deleting and changing settings is restricted on the public manager screen to protect the shared experiment records. In real AttendKing, organization managers can configure everything to fit their own operations.
Separation from real data
The AI Lab uses its own dedicated database, login cookies, and device cookies. No real members' names, contact details, or original attendance records were copied, and nothing is added to real service statistics or the hourly sync. External sending such as SMS and email is blocked; only the virtual inbox is used.
It draws on group management, multiple QR codes, and date-range records seen in the real service; the activity fields and operating stories are fictional examples.
News
Weekly and monthly wrap-ups, member-count milestones, new organizations, changes in operations, and notable comments and response plans are posted automatically to News. The latest news also appears on the AttendKing home page and the manager dashboard.
