Record habits with personal checklist

Reading, exercise, and daily life goals start with a number check list. You can choose between 7, 14, and 30 days to use, and you can also print it and check it with a pen.

Preparation: My goal · Challenge period · Record tableChecklists are personal records and are stored separately from actual QR attendance.

10 WAYS TO GET STARTED

By sports category
Try applying it like this.

Below is an operation example. Select and write the necessary parts according to the size and frequency of the meeting.

01Running · Walking+

Record the consistency of the meeting once before departure.

Leave the QR at the meeting place and attend before departure. If you divide into groups such as beginner, intermediate, and walking groups, you can see the flow of participation by group.

02Badminton · Table Tennis+

03Soccer · Futsal+

Share your attendance records for training and matches.

We provide guidance on the distinction between regular training and competition QR. Necessary group criteria such as team and position are set, and the administrator approves members.

04Hiking · Trekking+

First check the number of people gathered together.

When gathering, take QR attendance and check the number of people in each group. In places where communication is difficult, the list is recorded separately, and the manager later checks and supplements it. Do not use attendance records as your only means of ensuring safety.

05Yoga · Pilates+

Take a look at the consistency of each class time slot.

Distinguish between departure meeting and training.

MAKE PARTICIPATION EASIER

Beyond the competition in numbers,
A meeting I want to come back to.

These are 12 strategies that operators can apply using attendance data. Rewards and badges are operational ideas decided directly at the meeting.

01

First attendance together

Directly guide first-time members through QR scanning and registration. Once the operator confirms your approval, your next engagement becomes easy.

02

My record is better than the ranking

First, compare your participation date from last week rather than the overall ranking. For teams of different sizes, goal achievement criteria are more appropriate than simple competition in number of tasks.

03

Start small with 7 days

If 30 days is too burdensome, start with a 7-day checklist. After achieving it, let yourself set the next period.

04

Consistency according to the meeting cycle

Do not require daily attendance for a once-a-week meeting. Set a goal that fits your actual operating schedule, such as attending four regular meetings.

05

Numbers filled by the team together

For example, we set a common goal, such as participating in our 100th meeting this month. Progress can be seen together without individual competition.

06

Determining the operator for each group

Designate a person in each group to guide QR and check for omissions. Group names are easier to analyze if they are managed consistently.

07

Improve operations by viewing time zones

Analyze days and times of the week with high participation and use them as candidates for the next meeting time. Demand cannot be determined based on a small sample alone.

08

Connecting online and field

Place online meetings between on-site meetings and separate them with a separate QR or attendance link. Look at the history of both types of engagement within the same organization.

09

Welcome back participation

Rather than highlighting the missed days as a penalty, welcome the first day of re-participation. Have returning members redefine their goals.

10

Make the check mark visible

Print the personal record sheet and stick it on your desk or gathering space. Each person manages to prevent other people’s attendance information from being disclosed.

11

Look back for 5 minutes every week

The operator briefly checks the number of attendance days, number of participants, and omission records. Decide on just one thing to change next week, like the notice or assembly line.

12

Share compensation criteria first

If you are running a badge or small souvenir, first decide on the target, period, and tie handling method. Public real-name rankings are operated within the scope of consent from participants.
